Some poppies can be so hard to grow at home. These ones started all on their own right where I was planning to plant some vegetables! I didn’t mind at all.

I took this reference photo early one summer morning as the sun came over the trees and hit the garden. The poppies were aglow with promise and sunshine. Later in the fall I spread the seeds from these poppies around my garden hoping for more glowing poppies next spring.
